Nancy grew up in Charlotte, NC, where immediate family still resides. She graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh with a BA in Sociology and Social Work. After several years as a Medical Social Worker, Nancy moved to Atlanta and jumped into Property Management with Post Properties. They moved her to Boynton Beach, FL to continue her career there and met her husband (a Jacksonville native) and had two boys. Hence, the move in 1997 to the Jacksonville beaches.
Nancy had a 10-year career as a Mortgage Broker with Ponte Vedra Mortgage, and then joined Keller Williams as the administrator of several offices for a 17-year stint. After being in leadership all those years, Nancy felt it was time to help those in the community and got her Real Estate license. As the Listing Concierge for The Volen Group, Nancy works with our Sellers and their properties to get them ready for the market and make sure they are kept abreast every step of the way.
