Sheila and Cochran Scott bought a second home in Ponte Vedra Beach in 2013 thinking they would just visit a few times a year. Hard to tell if it was the weather, the close proximity to the beach or maybe…just, maybe, it was being minutes away from their adorable grand-babies. Regardless, very quickly, Sheila and Cochran realized Ponte Vedra was going to be home.
They completely renovated their place at The Pointe in Old Ponte Vedra in 2014, and Willow and I had the pleasure of taking a peak last week.
We both left feeling like either a) they should adopt us or b) we should just sell our houses and move in.
