Election Anxiety

It is just two days until Election Day, and I am sure I am not the only one ready for it all to be over.  I look forward to the day when we can talk about other issues, but I am grateful for the opportunity to have had some meaningful conversations about race, sexual harassment, refuges and equal rights, to name a few, at the dinner table.  Wednesday, no matter which way the vote goes, we should all remember how to work together and get along (as shown in the photo above from today’s New York Times).

  • This is really what’s happening whenever election day is near. It’s just like when there’s a disaster or tragedy when people panic buys.
