My mom has been staying in a condo in Fisherman’s Cove, a condo in Sawgrass Country Club, for the month of August. To say she likes it, would be an understatement. This particular condominium development is perched over a breezy pond. It literally feels like you are on a boat, without all the rocking and shaking. Wildlife surrounds you from your cozy screened porch.
I’ve spent the better part of this month selling her the idea of buying a place down here. I’ve showed her numerous condo options, and in her words “there’s nothing I like nearly as well as Fisherman’s Cove.”
As luck would have it, I’m hosting an open house tomorrow, August 29, at 72 Fisherman’s Cove from 12p-3p for a fellow agent. My mom Babs will definitely be accompanying me. I figure she can do a better sales job than anyone! Come check it out, as well as the other open units in the complex.
