Running a successful real estate business is no easy task. It comes with numerous challenges and intricate components that can overwhelm even the least busy agents. To thrive in this industry, having a competent team working alongside you is critical. Recognizing the need for additional support in 2022, The Volen Group decided to bring on board a college student eager to kickstart a career in real estate. This ideal student would be seeking firsthand real estate experience and be willing to intern during the summer. To our delight, we discovered the ideal candidate for the position.
Grace Bennett is currently in her final year at the University of Central Florida. Her passion for real estate in her hometown led her to get her real estate license earlier this year, as she aspires to build a career in the industry. Over the summers of 2022 and 2023, Grace has been interning with The Volen Group, where we have taken her under our wing to provide her with invaluable insights into the world of real estate. In return, she brings a fresh and youthful perspective to all aspects of our business including our social media endeavors.
We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Grace and delve into her experiences as an intern in the real estate world. We discussed various aspects of the industry, her favorite parts of interning, and even discovered the one house that truly captured her heart. Let’s dive into our conversation and hear what Grace had to share.
