A new dessert place in PVB. Exciting!! The sign isn’t up yet, but Le Macaron French Pastries opened its doors a couple of weeks ago and has a grand opening scheduled for next Saturday, March 11.
My 9 year old eyeballed the many different Macarons – shipped up from Sarasota, frozen, which helps seal, and then release, the right level of moisture. All sorts of interesting flavors — some with basil, some with pistachio, and of course some with chocolate. They are pretty too. 
My son went for gelato. He said it was tasty, and of course, he’d totally go back for more. I wasn’t particularly pleased with the $5 price tag for a small; but, anyone how knows me knows I’m cheap, I mean frugal.
There are also coffee drinks and some beautiful confections.
The atmosphere is colorful and inviting, with a few outdoor tables with umbrellas. I really liked the vibe!
As you may (or maybe not) know, opening a business in Ponte Vedra Beach is hard. Please go out and support a new business owner.
