Palm Valley Outdoors: Eat, Paddle and Fish

    By Heather Jones

I always loved the restaurant Under the Bridge on Roscoe in Ponte Vedra Beach that closed a few years ago. Such a great spot.

So what a coup to have a new restaurant in it’s place. You probably have noticed Palm Valley Outdoors located under the 210 bridge. It has been open for a while, providing bait and tackle as well as paddle board and kayak rentals. But, they recently expanded to include a restaurant. The Palm Valley Outdoors restaurant opened May 1.

    That’s a tasty looking sandwich!

Owner Toni Kara said locals have been very supportive of the restaurant so far. The menu is decidedly coastal, with lots of great seafood options as well as traditional casual fare.

The atmosphere is casual and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the intracoastal and setting sun, if you hit it at night.

Palm Valley Outdoors plans to continue expanding with a wedding venue, tiki bar and more.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11a to 9p, and there is live music Thursday through Sunday.

Can’t not include pics of Roo and the awesome view!
