Ponte Vedran of the Week – Phyllis Cogan, Cogan Concierge

If you’ve been in Ponte Vedra Beach long enough, chances are good you know our Ponte Vedran of the Week, Phyllis Cogan.  Her enthusiasm, love for others and bubbly nature truly stands out in the crowd.  Her vast knowledge of Ponte Vedra Beach comes from her experience in property management which led to starting her own company, Cogan Concierge, in 2014.  If you need personal shopping, home organizing, or someone to meet vendors at your home, Cogan Concierge is there for you.  Moving and hate to pack?  Cogan Concierge will come pack for you too!   Not only is Phyllis fantastic with people and concierge services, she is an amazing baker as well.  Hands down, she bakes the best Coconut Custard Pie – my personal favorite!  But I’m ready to try the Reese’s Cake too (hint hint!!).  Say hi to Phyllis Cogan and give high fives to this week’s Ponte Vedran of the Week!

My least favorite thing about Ponte Vedra: Traffic – it can be awful sometimes in the Nocatee area.  As Ponte Vedran’s we’ve become accustomed to TPC week traffic and we know what back roads to take.

In my spare time I like to: Bake and do gardening

What services does Cogan Concierge provide:  Organizing, packing for relaxation, unpacking, wait for at home appointments, trip to airport, take to appointments.

Your favorite thing about your business: I love being self employed.  Each day is different, meeting new people, and it’s very rewarding making someone’s day a little brighter.

Ponte Vedran you most admire: Jimmy Stockton former owner of Stockton Real Estate.  He built the business and made it successful.  He also has a Safari Adventures and off shore fishing business.  He treats everyone with kindness, which is very noticeable.

My favorite time in Ponte Vedra: Anytime I can get together with friends

Dream Vacation other than Ponte Vedra:  Travel the US

Favorite Ponte Vedra restaurant (or area):  Angies Grom there is always a delicious special and I try something new each visit.

Favorite place for a cocktail:  I love all the different margaritas at Anejo

Rumor has it, you’re an amazing baker.  What’s your favorite thing to bake? My Reese’s Cake is a chocolate cake, peanut butter frosting, chocolate drizzles and peanuts on top.  It’s always a hit!
