For those who don’t know, an enclave neighborhood with 21 homes is being planned off of Corona. The access will be just East of Ponte Vedra Animal Hospital, and the neighborhood will butt up against Ponte Vedra by the Sea – separated by a masonry wall.
On the one hand, YAY, a neighborhood for people who want to walk to the beach. Could be very special. On the other hand, boo for those who live in PV by the Sea and off Corona. And, well, a bigger boo for the wildlife that live there. Can you imagine where all the snakes, possums, raccoons, gators, and bugs will go?
And what about the traffic? Have you tried to make a left from Corona onto A1A lately?
Looks like the plans are in permitting according to the Municipal Service District’s latest e-blast.
