The new premier site at 14105 WM Davis Parkway, adjacent to Mayo Clinic between San Pablo Parkway and Cypress Village, was chosen to serve the beaches communities from Ponte Vedra Beach to Atlantic Beach and all Intracoastal West communities from Queen’s Harbor back to Pablo Creek Reserve.
The first phase will consist of 36 garage condominium units with completion expected in October 2020.
Thus far, 50% of the units are pre-sold, and WheelHouse is actively taking contracts. All units come complete with heat and air, water and sewer, fire sprinkler, 200 amp electrical service, etc. All owners can build out the interior to meet their needs and have 24/7 access to their unit. There is also an Owner’s Lounge onsite. The property will be gated and secured.
