Jayne Young and Gwinn Volen were recognized Wednesday, March 6 at an awards ceremony at Ponte Vedra Club Realty as the #1 Team for two consecutive years. They were also recognized by the Jacksonville Book of Lists 2018 as one of the top 10 teams in Jacksonville out of over 9000 agents.
“We are pleased to be recognized as top realtors in the Ponte Vedra Beach area and greater Jacksonville,” said Young. “Gwinn and I work tirelessly to satisfy our customers and are constantly working to improve our business.”
2019 is off to a great start with over $5M in closed sales as of March 1, and a pending sales volume of over $16M with expected closed sale prices of between $395,000 and over $6M.
“We love high-end, luxury marketing,” said Volen. “And we certainly have a sweet spot in the over $1M category. However, some of our most meaningful sales come in starter homes. We strive to serve all of our customers regardless of price point.”
Young & Volen has over $400M in closed real estate sales and their annual sales numbers continue to climb, with 2019 set to be a banner year.
“My background is in digital marketing,” said Volen. “Jayne is a real estate veteran. This combination really sets us apart.”
