“That’s a tough question because there are so many amenities to enjoy so I’ll list my favorites. The beach and views. The gym and steam sauna. The jacuzzi and mini theater. What do people get wrong about Costa Verano?
“People think that the HOA fees are too high, but they aren’t. As an owner/tenant you don’t do anything personally about keeping the building, grounds, pool and every amenity in tip-top shape and there is no way you can beat the cost for everything that is done and provided as a cost lower than the HOA fee.” – The Kings, past owner
“A common misnomer is the monthly association fee. As mentioned previously regarding amenities and meticulous care in maintaining this beautiful property, it is important to realize a few more not-so-obvious value realized in this fee, including but not limited to (1) gigabit internet and full featured TV (streaming and broadcast services) for a total of $90/mo. The internet is unsurpassed; no bottlenecks even with many devices streaming HD simultaneously. In comparison, with Verizon employee discount, this cost is half what we paid previously at 10x performance. (2) building-wide water softener and purification system. Anyone living in Florida knows the expense and necessity for this wonderful accoutrement. Good for your health in numerous ways as well as significantly extending the life of your plumbing and all water devices (washer/dishwasher/icemaker/water heater/showerheads/valves).” – The Brentzels

“The sense of community is intangible and very strong at Costa Verano and we keep watch for eachother. Also, Costa Verano does not allow renting your condo for less than a six month period. Spring break does not show up at your door step.” – The Kings, past owner
