There are a variety of amenities at Fairfield including 24 hour secured access, an air-conditioned clubhouse, swimming pool, and areas for boat and RV storage. The community offers several play areas and 13 lakes surrounded by greenspaces for outdoor fun as well.

For those who enjoy shopping and dining, Fairfield is ideally located. The community is just a short drive from several shopping centers, including the popular Sawgrass Village shopping center.
