Neptune Beach Real Estate

Neptune Beach real estate is the land of eclectic homes and a neighboring hot markets of Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. Neptune Beach east of A1A is known for its walkable proximity to The Beaches Town Center where residents can find incredible restaurants including North Beach Fish Camp, Slider’s Oyster Bar, Flying Iguana, Coop 3003 and The Local. Southern Grounds is a centerpiece of the area while surrounded by some incredible boutique shops included Jaffi’s for cute clothing and the Bookmark, our favorite bookstore! It’s also a surfer’s delight with public beach access every few blocks with the sand and surf calling them to the ocean for sunrise waves.

Real estate in Neptune Beach ranges from beach cottages, duplexes, gorgeous oceanfront homes and condominiums. There’s something for everyone and in every price range. Some of the most desirable real estate in Neptune Beach can be found east of A1A along the shore extending from Seagate Avenue to The Beaches Town Center at Atlantic Blvd.

Just like it’s Atlantic Beach neighbor, Neptune Beach tends to have smaller lot lines compared to those found in areas of Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach. Don’t let smaller lot lines deter you, the entire Neptune Beach community is incredibly cozy and highly sought after by locals and future buyers.

Oceanfront homes and lots for sale in Neptune Beach carry a $1,000,000 plus price tag. But, the cap is more reasonable than say an oceanfront home for sale in Ponte Vedra Beach. Neptune Beach west of A1A is less dense and some of the homes back up to the Intracoastal Waterway.
