River Landing at Twenty Mile is home to 104 estate homesites anywhere from .5 acres to 1 full acre of property with lot measurements of +90′ wide to +200′ in depth. Intracoastal Waterway estate homesites in River Landing start at about $1.2 Million and include a permit for a private dock. Buyers can choose their own builder or choose a homesite with home packages starting at about $2.5 Million. Preserve homesites start in the $500K price range. Buyers can choose their own builder or select a home building package beginning at $1.5 Million.

The Homeowners Association Fee for River Landing at Twenty is $2400 annually. This HOA fee includes community upkeep, roadway management, landscaping, amenity maintenance, gated entry maintenance and costs for the management company.

As owners in a new development, residents of River Landing will pay a Community Development Fee (CDD Fee) applied toward the community debt, operations and maintenance. CDD Fees are applied to the annual tax bill and vary based on homesite width. The CDD fee in River Landing at Twenty Mile will range between $3000 to $3250 annually.
