Country Club

The Palencia Club lies within the heart of the Palencia Community. Its grand 33,000 square foot clubhouse is three stories and features not just one but THREE dining experiences for casual to fine dining, each with its own delicious menu creations and staff. The Palencia Club’s golf course is known as one of northeast Florida’s finest. The 7,071 yard course is an Arthur Hills Signature Design complete with 400 yard driving range all creatively intertwined through the community preserving the majesitc oak trees while opening up to incredible Intracoastal Waterway views.

Full Golf Membership for the Palencia Club starts at $500/month for individuals and $550/month for families with options available for Junior (under 40) and Senior (over 70). Social Memberships start at just $75/month for individual and $125/month for families. Reciprocal access for full golf and social members is available at select Hampton Golf managed properties.

Palencia Community Development District (CDD)

What is a CDD? A CDD (Community Development District) is a local special purpose government unit established pursuant to and regulated by Florida Statute which finances, owns and manges infrastructure within the boundaries of the CDD. The CDD issues bonds the proceeds from these bonds are used to finance the development of infrastructure for that particular community. Palencia is split between two CDD’s depending on which part of the community owners reside in; Sweetwater Creek CDD and Marshall Creek CDD. (see map below). Typically in markets past, Palencia real estate listings would spend about 31 days on the market however with the active market we are experiencing in 2022, homes in Palencia are going under contract in about 13 days!

Love that there are small parks included within our neighborhood. Good opportunity to connect with your neighbors and also will be great for kids in the future. We also have loved the food trucks that come to the club every couple of weeks!
