Payasada Estates is a small gated community with approximately 60 homes of larger square footage. Payasada Estates is located off of Palm Valley Road and is central to most everything in Ponte Vedra Beach making it a great community for growing families looking for a lot of space. Payasada is a Spanish term meaning “horse play” and prior to be the lovely community it is today, this now upscale community was a horse farm. Payasada is gated community of just one circular road filled with lush landscape, mature oaks and foliage and of course, the grand fountain entry to welcoming you home!

Thanks to the larger floorplans in Payasada Estates starting at just over 3,000 square feet, there tends to be a high number of families enjoying the added amenities of a neighborhood playground and basketball court. You may from time to time see a residents hosted outdoor happy hour and some playdates too. With only 63 homes, you will find this to be a tight knit community built for maximum resident enjoyment in mind!

Payasada Estates began in 2006 with homes being constructed through to about 2015. There are no longer any vacant lots in Payasada Estates but the variety of floorplans available will accommodate the most discerning buyer as no two homes are alike. Today, buyers considering neighborhoods like Plantation Oaks also fall in love with Payasada Estates. One of the benefits of this smaller community are the lower HOA fees and no CDD fees.
