Community and Culture
Located right of off A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fairfield is a gated community of over 460 homes. Proximity to the beach is a huge notable feature with residents able to enjoy an easy walk or bike ride to the ocean to enjoy the sand, surf, sun and shark tooth hunting.
There are a variety of amenities at Fairfield including 24 hour secured access, an air-conditioned clubhouse, swimming pool, and areas for boat and RV storage. The community offers several play areas and 13 lakes surrounded by greenspaces for outdoor fun as well.
For those who enjoy shopping and dining, Fairfield is ideally located. The community is just a short drive from several shopping centers, including the popular Sawgrass Village shopping center. Here, residents can find a wide range of shops and stores, from high-end boutiques to major retailers. The shopping center also features several restaurants, cafes and coffee shop. In addition to Sawgrass Village, Ponte Vedra Beach offers a large variety of dining options from casual cafes and bistros to upscale fine dining restaurants including the new 1912 Ocean Bar & Rooftop at The Cabana Club.
