Ponte Vedra by the Sea Real Estate in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Ponte Vedra by the Sea is a community just off of Corona Road. It is a quick walk to the beach. There is a bridge from the neighborhood that cuts over to the parking lot of the Lodge & Club. Many of the residents in the neighborhood are members of either the Lodge or the Cabana Club.


The development was built in the mid and late 1990s. There are a guesstimated 150 homes in the neigbhorhood. The homes average around 2900 square feet in the front of the neigbhorhood. There is a section in the back of the neighborhood called the estates. There the homes range from 3500 up to around 5000 square feet.

Ponte Vedra by the Sea is loved for its proximity to the beach. At any point during the day you’ll see people biking or scootering up to the beach.

Home prices in Ponte Vedra by the Sea vary and start around $550,000. The estate lots begin at around $800,000.
