PONTE VEDRA BEACH CONDOS
There are a variety of price points in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for condominium properties. Oceanfront condos range anywhere from around $500,000 to over $2,000,000 depending on size and location.
Many visitors are under the impression that the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and the Lodge & Club have condos on property. That is not the case. However, Las Mirandas, a small luxury condo complex is right next to the Lodge. And just past the Lodge and Cabana Club are a few good oceanfront options: The Breakers, Retreat and Whitehall.
Across from ocean, some great options are The Beach Club Villas in Sawgrass Beach Club, as well as Beach House and The Carlyle, which are both down near the Lodge and Cabana Club.
“Inland” in Ponte Vedra Beach, there are many affordable options. For the under $200,000 price point, Belleza, Ocean Links and Grand Cay Villas are nice options. Sawgrass Country Club has several different price points within that community – Little Bay Harbor, Fisherman’s Cove and Quail Pointe to name a few.
In Old Ponte Vedra Beach, The Pointe is a favorite. It’s a short walk up to the Inn & Cub. Prices in the Pointe range from the mid $500,000s up to $900,000 depending on size, view and condition.
