- Roscoe | Intracoastal Homes in Ponte Vedra Beach

Roscoe Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach is a real estate category unto itself. There is no neighborhood, as it’s one long road. However, it’s known by everyone in town.
HOMES FOR SALE ON ROSCOE BOULEVARD, PARALLEL TO INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY
Roscoe runs parallel to the Intracoastal Waterway. Those on the west side of the street have a water view, and more often than not there is a dock out back. It definitely attracts your water person — boaters, fishermen, kayakers, and paddle boarders.
The east side of Roscoe has a more rural feel, and some properties are zoned for horses. Acreage is the key on the east side of the road.
Roscoe Boulevard has some of Ponte Vedra Beach’s favorite restaurants. Palm Valley Fish Camp, Lulu’s, Barbara Jeans, Palm Valley Outdoors, and Valley Smoke are all good spots. Locals often boat down to these locations for a bite to eat.
Roscoe is also known for being the place to be for the Palm Valley Boat Parade at Christmas time.
Even if you don’t live on Roscoe, a fun day would be to befriend someone with a boat and go tubing up the Intracoastal and perhaps stop at one of Ponte Vedra’s local waterfront restaurants.
Homes for sale on Roscoe really vary from size, shape, acreage etc. And the prices cover a broad range. If you have questions or think Roscoe might be a fit for you, give us a call!
