Condominiums in Ponte Vedra Beach come in all shapes and sizes as well as location and price point. There is truly something for everyone who is in the market for a condominium in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Visitors to the Ponte Vedra Beach area often are under the impression that the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club have condos. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Both clubs are resorts that do not have any privately owned condos. Fortunately there is Las Mirandas, a small luxury condo community adjacent to The Lodge as well as nearby communities like The Breakers, Retreat and Whitehall.

There are a variety of price points in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for condominium properties. We’ve broken down condos in Ponte Vedra below for you based on location.

Ponte Vedra Beach Oceanfront Condos

There are several options for Oceanfront condominiums in Ponte Vedra Beach including Sawgrass Country Club with a few oceanfront buildings. Some other favorite oceanfront condos are in Sea Hammock Condominiums (formerly Old Ponte Vedra Condos) Sea Hammock is located just south of Mickler Landing along A1A. This quaint oceanfront community is some of the best oceanfront luxury real estate you will find. Residents of the “old Florida” style community enjoy gated access, community pool, clubhouse and tennis. Sea Hammock sits on over 24 acres along the oceanfront, is home to 109 two, three or four bedroom condominiums up to 2400 square feet plus one car garage. Each condo includes either oceanfront and/or Guana Preserve views all visible from expansive decks on each unit. In 2022, Sea Hammock saw a median sale price of $1,139,500, up 11% from previous year.

A few minutes north of Sawgrass is The Retreat Condominiums with 57 condos in several two story buildings all on the oceanfront. Built beginning in 1982, The Retreat condos range from just over 1100 to 1600 square foot, single level floorplans with detached garages. For the investment buyer or the second home/vacation buyer, these are lovely condos providing beach access and just a short distance to The Lodge & Club.

Ocean Manor is the neighboring community to The Retreat with 28 units of 3 bedroom units up to 1700 square feet. Each unit includes 2 parking spaces in the garage with large storage for all the beach toys. Residents enjoy the ease of access to the beach on the dune walkover plus the proximity to the Cabana Club or The Lodge & Club just a short distance north.

Las Mirandas is a contemporary condo community with condos up to 2400 square feet, two underground parking spaces and storage for the beach toys. This community of just 16 units built in 1985 tends to be popular for those looking for larger square footage in their oceanfront condo. The location is perfect too just steps from The Lodge & Club and The Cabana Club.

Condos at Sawgrass Country Club

Oceanfront condominiums in Sawgrass Country Club are located at the Sawgrass Beach Club, where you will find Spinnakers Reach condominiums as well as two luxury buildings, The Hallmark and Windemere. These two communities are the only two oceanfront buildings in Ponte Vedra Beach with elevator access making them both highly sought after locations. These particular buildings are great for snowbirds looking to invest in their winter home to escape the cold temperatures or for investors looking for rental properties. Across from the ocean yet still within Sawgrass Beach Club is Beach Club Villas, also highly sought after by the investor buyer.

Within Sawgrass Country Club there are several condominium communities with delightful price points. Easy access to the amenities included with membership to the Sawgrass Country Club make these condominiums not only more affordable but super convenient.

Sawgrass Players Club

West of the ocean and directly across A1A is Sawgrass Players Club. What makes this community so sought after is that it is also home to the PGA Tour’s THE PLAYERS Championship. Every March golfers and fans alike flock to Ponte Vedra Beach to watch golf’s most coveted tournament in Northeast Florida. This quaint resort town is abuzz this time every year.

Condominium communities in Sawgrass Players Club are Players Club Villas and Turtleback Crossing with price points beginning in the mid to high $600’s.

Old Ponte Vedra Condominiums

In Old Ponte Vedra Beach, The Pointe is a favorite since it’s just a short walk up to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and overlooks the golf courses of the club. Prices in The Pointe range from the mid $700,000s and up depending on size, view and condition. Location is perfect for this small community of just 58 homes with proximity to the beach and The Inn & Club checking the boxes of what buyers are looking for.

Ponte Vedra Beach Condos Close to the Beach

One of the best things about Ponte Vedra Beach is of course, the beach! For those looking to be just across from the ocean or even a short bike ride, there are several options to consider. Beach House and The Carlyle are along Ponte Vedra Boulevard and directly across from the ocean.

The Carlyle is a well appointed gated community with underground parking. This small condo community of 48 units was built in 1995 and is located across the street from The Lodge & Club making membership incredibly convenient and the ocean basically at your front doorstep. Residents of the Carlyle enjoy a lovely assortment of amenities including concierge service.

Just south of The Carlyle and also across from the ocean is Beach House. Beach House was built in the mid 1980s, consists of 2 or 3 bedroom units with 1400 average square feet and is just steps away from the deeded beach access and across the street from two premier beach clubs, The Lodge & Club and The Cabana Club. Beach House residents enjoy spectacular sunrise views to the east and amazing sunset views over the Guana Preserve to the west.

Ponte Vedra Beach Inland Condominiums

“Inland” in Ponte Vedra Beach, there are so many affordable options. For the under $250,000 price point, Belleza, Ocean Links, Summer House and Grand Cay Villas are nice options for something less pricey. These particular communities also make great investment opportunities for

those looking to purchase as a rental property. Investors should keep in mind that condominium communities do have restrictions for rental units that include maximum number of rentals versus seller occupied units. There are also rental period minimums to consider as well.
