Splash Water Park – In 2020, Nocatee was nominated Jacksonville’s “Best Place to Live In” and “Best Place for Kids to Have Fun” and that surely comes as no surprise. With the neary 5 acre, award winning Nocatee Splash Water Park, that award was a tough one for other area communities to take home a win. Splash Water Park boasts the Rip Tide Slide Tower known for being the tallest water slide tower in Northeast Florida. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s a 377 foot long zipline as well and the fun doesn’t stop there. Kids can also splash in the interactive playground, lazy river and water obstacle course. What’s not to love? In 2021, Splash Water Park received the addition of an “adult enclave” specifically for residents over 21. This welcomed addition includes direct bar and concession access and separate restrooms. The addition of the enclave gives adults the opportunity to find a quite area, enjoy a good book and chat with friends. Other features at Splash Water Park include poolside cabana with summer kitchen perfect for small parties / gatherings, The Sundeck offering full menu food and snacks and Splash Cove water area for the smaller kids.
Spray Water Park – The newest addition to the water park fascination in Nocatee is Spray Water Park located between the Community Park and Swim Club on Crosswater Parkway. Spray Water Park features a 17,000+ square foot main pool which is almost twice the size of the Splash Park’s Lagoon Pool, over 70 water features and a family pool called Serenity Bay. Slide enthusiasts will marvel at the two action slides; a dueling head first mat slide for racing excitement with a 360 degree loop and a two person tube slide. Nocatee’s littlest swimmers can splash around in Scuttle Cove or play in the tunnels of Paradise Park playground. There’s certainly something for everyone at Spray Water Park available to residents and their accompanied guests.
