The Ponte Vedra Beach area has loads of club options depending on your interests. There are neighborhood club facilities and golf club memberships, and then there are clubs that have beach access. Public beach access with parking is limited in Ponte Vedra Beach, and as a result, if it’s in the budget, many residents look to join a beach club. These fees are often adjusted so definitely reach out directly to the clubs for the most accurate information if you are interested in joining.

PONTE VEDRA INN & CLUB

The Inn & Club is a AAA Rated 5-Diamond oceanfront resort and private club located in the heart of Old Ponte Vedra. In addition to sitting on some of the best beach property on the NE Florida coast, there are seven dining options, three oceanside pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art gym overlooking the beach, two golf courses, and now croquet and bocce ball courts. Wait List: Estimated time of completion of renovations starting in 2024 is two-half to three years.

The Inn & Club offers a Junior Membership for under age 35 which allows for a 50% reduction in Initiation Fee plus full dues. When the member turns 35, they are required to pay the other 50% of the initiation fee.

THE LODGE & CLUB

The Lodge & Club is a sister club to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and is just down Ponte Vedra Boulevard from the Inn & Club near Corona Road. It’s a beach club with an oceanfront adult pool, and a large family pool with lap lanes across the street from the ocean. It has a nice gym and high-end bathroom facilities – sauna, steam, and spa. One of the best things about the Lodge is that it’s dog-friendly! There are two regular dining options and a seasonal food truck by the family pool. TPC SAWGRASS

TPC Sawgrass is located in the Sawgrass Players Club community. Dye Valley Members enjoy 77,000 square foot clubhouse with full service Golf Shop on the signature courses and home of THE PLAYERS Championship. Members also can take advantage of specialty member dining events, private events and meeting room space availability.

SAWGRASS COUNTRY CLUB

Sawgrass Country Club has a beach club, as well as golf, tennis and a gym. Though the golf, tennis and gym facilities are within the neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club, you need not live in the neighborhood to join. And, if you live in Sawgrass CC, you aren’t required to be a member. Sawgrass has seen several recent renovations, most recently, a brand new and gorgeous Golf Clubhouse. Sawgrass CC currently has a waitlist for new members. SERENATA BEACH CLUB

Serenata is located halfway between Ponte Vedra Beach and St Augustine. If one is on the north end of Ponte Vedra Beach, it might feel like a hike, but for those on the southern end of Ponte Vedra Boulevard or in Nocatee, Serenata is probably equidistance to some of the other clubs. It offers two pools (adult and family) as well as oceanfront dining. They also have a smaller gym facility and onsite daycare. PLANTATION AT PONTE VEDRA

The Plantation is unlike any of the other clubs in the community. It is a private club for neighborhood residents only, and residents are required to be a member upon purchasing a home. With that, it’s decidedly local (it’s your neighbors), and it’s rarely crowded. There is a beach club for the community with dining, a large pool and playground (located just south of the Mickler public beach access), and within the neighborhood, there is tennis, golf, a club facility with dining and a large gym, and croquet courts. PALENCIA CLUB

Palencia Club is located in northern St Augustine on US 1 North between Nocatee and historic St. Augustine. This picturesque course offers 7,071 yards of play designed by Arthur Hills Signature Design and includes a 400 yard driving range. The course was incredibly designed to preserve the majestic oaks and age old landscape creating a golfing experience unlike any other. Club amenities include a 33,000 square foot, 3-story clubhouse with three dining experiences from fine dining to casual. Each dining room offers their own menu and full staff.
