MLS Search Tips

We are very proud of our website search. It offers you real estate listings that are up-to-date and gives you the true status of homes for sale, unlike the big box shops like Zillow and Trulia.

We launched this site to help customers with accurate MLS data. We kept getting too many texts and emails with outdated Zillow information and found the whole process to be very frustrating, for us and our buyers. The buyer thinks the property is listed but it isn’t. Or, the property is under contract but the status hasn’t been changed.

We see this on our own listings on Zillow all the time. We will update the content on a listing in our MLS, and the changes are never picked up on the Zillow site, including homes with price reductions!

This guide will show you the many ways you can refine your home search. Also be aware that once you sign up on the site, you can favorite properties and created saved searches. We will reach out to you to see what your home buying needs when you sign up, but we also promise not to harass you if you just aren’t in the place where you are ready to buy a home!

How to Search on Homes for Sale – Quick Access

Here are some tips to make your search for homes for sale in Ponte Vedra Beach and the surrounding areas easier.

From the main search box, you can search on the obvious things like Street Name, Address, City, Zip Code and County. But you can ALSO search on MLS Area (if you know those. At the bottom of the page are the codes), Neighborhood, School District, MLS #, and even Keyword (which searches all the fields)!

Narrowing Your Real Estate Search

Here’s a look at the fields you can search on with our MLS Search.

Keep in mind that a human is inputting the real estate listings, so if they didn’t check one of these boxes when the listing was put it, but the property DOES have that feature, a property can be missed in the results.

Numerous Drill Down Options in the Search. See Below for the Full Feature List.
