About The Pointe Condominiums

The Pointe Condominiums contains two phases (Pointe I and Pointe II) on the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s renowned Ocean Course and Lake Vedra. It is a smaller community located off of San Juan Drive. Best selling features of The Pointe are the proximity to The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club as well as quaint, easy living in the only condominium community within Old Ponte Vedra proper.

The floorplans available in The Pointe are large enough to be comfortable, but not so large that they require a lot of maintenance and upkeep to take care of. This makes it simple and easy to enjoy what matters most in life, and, as such, this neighborhood appeals a lot to families and retirees. Each phase has its own community association and different floorplans.

Pointe I

The Pointe I is the larger of the two communities at The Pointe. This neighborhood is made up of 40 total condo units, each being two stories in height, designed in a welcoming Florida Coastal architectural style. Though floorplans range from property to property,  homes start at around 1,400 square feet and go all the way up to just over 2,000 square feet. As such, four of the units are two-bedrooms, while the remaining units are three-bedroom floorplans.

Amenities include private entry. As well, most of the units at Pointe I include garages, however there is also general, unassigned parking available. 

Pointe II

Pointe II properties are constructed in a similar design to their sister units, but in a single-story configuration. These flats are located at right at the front of the community, near the entrance, with 18 units in total. There is less variation in floorplans with these properties, as each unit has three bedrooms. The open, spacious floorplan in general is a big draw as it feels a lot like a single-family home. Owners also have the added convenience of an attached two car garage.
